4. Amendments & Cancellations

5. Liability
a. We act as an agent for hotels, airlines, and other third-party providers. We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or negligence by these providers.
b. Otium Holidays is not responsible for delays, losses, injuries, or damages resulting from unforeseen circumstances.

6. Jurisdiction
All legal matters will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh.
